Description

Five EU agencies join forces to debate youth policy – EU-OSHA, Cedefop, Eurofound, ELA and ETF

The five EU agencies together with the European Parliament Employment Committee gather to support EU institutions, Member States and other stakeholders in addressing policy challenges and capitalising on practices that work across Member States in times of disruption and transition.

Contributing to the EU Year of Youth, the agency directors together with MEPs and other experts discuss youth policies, opportunities and challenges related to employment, working conditions, wellbeing and mental health and the impact of COVID-19 on young people.

EU-OSHA Interim Executive Director William Cockburn takes part in a discussion panel about young workers’ wellbeing, mental health and work engagement.

The event is hosted by Dragos Pislaru, chair of the European Parliament Employment Committee. The event is by invitation only and will be live web streamed.
